A dynamic professional with more than 20 years of experience in Legal and Compliances under Labour Legislations, Compliance under Social Security Laws, Compliance under Factory Rules, Audits , Legal/Commercial Agreements/Contracts, Legal Documentation etc. A certified trainer under SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION AND REDRESSAL) ACT, 2013. He is also specialised in operations excellence such as settling process and adherence thereon. One of his fortes include handling legal issues in retail, service and manufacturing domains, Service Industries, FMCG, IT & ITES, Supply Chain, Solar Energy etc.
