With a degree in MSW and a PGDBM in Human Resources, he has some of the elite brands like Societe Generale, Salem Group, Sterlite Industries (Vedanta), Amrit Group, Loomtex Industries, etc under his umbrella and he naturally serves as an inspiring mentor for the whole team.
Samarjit Chakravorty

An LLB from University of Delhi and an MBA from IGNOU, he also is a Certified Internal Auditor for (ISO- 9000 Internal Quality Auditing) & ISO-9001 Quality Systems and has close to three decades of cross functional Industry experience overseeing business enterprises. He excels in leadership, legal Advisory, Compliances under Labour Legislations, Legal/Commercial Agreements/Contracts, Legal Documentation/Operations. He is equipped with proficiency in Labour Laws & Property acquisition under Transfer of Property Act. Additionally, he is credited with services at corporate giants like DCM Shriram, Kanoria Chemicals, Reliance Retails, Carnation Auto India Pvt Ltd. He has worked as Assistant Vice President – Regulatory, with TeamLease Services Ltd.
Manish Kumar
(National Head- Compliance)
A dynamic professional with more than 20 years of experience in Legal and Compliances under Labour Legislations, Compliance under Social Security Laws, Compliance under Factory Rules, Audits , Legal/Commercial Agreements/Contracts, Legal Documentation etc. A certified trainer under SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION AND REDRESSAL) ACT, 2013. He is also specialised in operations excellence such as settling process and adherence thereon. One of his fortes include handling legal issues in retail, service and manufacturing domains, Service Industries, FMCG, IT & ITES, Supply Chain, Solar Energy etc.
